Intracellular PPi concentration

We are trying to find information regarding intracellular PPi
(pyrophosphate) concentration in hepatocytes (in this case from Pekin
ducks). Any leads to keynote papers (or sure-fire techniques so we may
determine it ourselves) would be greatly appreciated.
