Regulated Pathway directing Drug wanted

Dear netters!

I'm doing some experiments in proprotein expression, and need to be able 
to selectively block constitutive secretion without disturbing the 
regulated secretion, and vice versa. 

Do any of you know of drugs or any method, that can accomplish this ?
