To whom it may concern:
Let me ask a question about the method of dilution of calcitonin
gene-related peptide (CGRP) .
I got a CGRP(Human) ,(Lot No. 029218 Peninsula Lab,Inc),0.5mg. I dissolved
the powder in a 500$B&L#l(Bdistilled water, and considered the liquid to be an
undiluted solution.I incubated the 50$B&L(Bm frozen sections with CGRP
,0.5%(v/v) in Triton X -100.But I didn't get good result. The sections
didn't show any immunoreactivity.
There for, please tell me precisely how to dilute this chemical agent
(CGRP) for dinary use as soon as possible by express E-mail.
Thanks so much!!
