Luciferase gene with beta actin promoter

I am new at this so I hope it goes through!  I am a graduate student at
Western Michigan University.  I am looking for a luciferase reporter gene
construct which contains a beta actin promoter upstream from the luciferase
gene.  If you know where this reporter vector can be found please let me
