study of prostate tumors

I am currently undertaking a senior research project at Allegheny College  
(Meadville, PA).  I am in need of an animal model which allows for the  
study of the development of prostate tumors.  This could include trangenic  
mice, a cell line, or chemical induction.  I would appreciate any
