Does anybody know a model of drug-induced protein phosphorylation
leading to DNA binding? That is, cytosolic protein being
phosphorylated and translocated to nucleus to bind with specific
site of DNA. The second alternative is nuclear protein being
phosphorylated and binding with DNA. Is de novo DNA-binding
protein synthesis upon drug treatment more common than protein
modification? What are your experience of testing the possibilities?
Direct e-mail to my account is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
