I have problems to measure PEP enzymatically. I tried the method described in Bergmeyer, but I found no change in OD 340nm after the adding of Pyruvate kinase. Please e-mail me, if you have some experience of measuring PEP. Thanx, Marcel gru at biotech.biol.ethz.ch
