I tried to get advice regarding this topic in the 
molbio-meth-reagents group but there is so much traffic I´m
trying it here again:

Has anybody experience with the isolation of RNA - suited for
RT-PCR or Northern - from adipose tissue. I am worried that
the yield of RNA is very low due to the high amount of fat.
