Ca+2 imaging systems

I am seeking hardcopy information on the hardware and software required 
for slow to fast Ca+2 imaging systems, especially turnkey systems or 
components readily assembled including video cameras, frame grabbers, 
programs for processing captured image data, etc.

Any help to companies or references would be much appreciated. This 
system will be funded shortly. Thanks in advance for any help.
