We have used the PGE ELISAs from Cayman Chemical Co to analyze over 30,000
cell culture sups for PGE. THe assay is sensitive and selective enough that
the media does NOT have to be pre-treated. The AChE-linked technology from
Cayman has proven superior to other labs HRP linked reagents, at least in our
hands.
