Hi, I am trying express gene coding ion channel in Xenopus Oocytes. I would like to know using only T3 promoter, what is the percentage of cells you can achieve in your expression. (probablly, related with the specific system, I would like to know the number no matter the difference of the system). Thanks in advance!
