Here's a simple question - Does anyone know of an immortalized human fibroblast cell line, easy (!) to grow and with a well-defined cytoskeleton in culture?? I didn't say the answer was easy... Preferably non-tumourigenic, and the important word is HUMAN. Thanks, Richard
