Previous message: diterpene cyclases I'm doing my masters on the diterpene cyclase gene found in a New Zealand native plant (a gymnosperm). Does anyone know of any work done on these enzymes that is as yet unpublished, or have any advice when it comes to working with gymnosperm (I have cDNA). Ta, Carolyn
