Mitotic Staining

Hello, cell biologists.
	I want to look at the mitotic index of my favorite fibroblast cell
line using ORCEIN. Unfortunately I can't find anything recent in the 
litterature concerning concentration to use, protocols etc.
	If anybody could e-mail me a quick easy to find reference or better
still, a rapid protocol, I would be extremely grateful.
