replica plating cells

I am trying to establish replica plating method to screen MCF-7 breast cancer cell line after transducing with promoter trap 
viruses. I tried nylon mesh and glass beads as described by others and failed to get any clones lifted. 
I would greatly appreciate if anyone has working protocols for this method.
