cloning PCR products

PCR products are not blunt ended, they have a terminal A at the
3' end. To efficiently clone PCR products, you either have to
treat with T4 polymerase or use a T-Vector, such as Promega's
pGEM-T. Other T-vectors are available from Stratagene and
Clontech.
