You could have a look at the micromanipulators by Luigs & Neumann.
Their 25mm range of motion (fast or high-precision, both over the full 25
mm) would probably be enough to eject a syringe. The precision is
ultimately 0.1 um.

Their control unit offers all kinds of gadgets, such as 3 predefined
positions (=volumes, in your case).
