cloning PCR products

          Hi, my netter friend! I'm trying to cloning a PCR product by
          blunt-end ligation. Is there any suggestion for efficient
          cloning? I have to clone my PCR products into a EcoRV blunt
          site, should I treat PCR product before ligation?
