Frequency Devices Company ?

I am trying to contact a company called "Frequency Devices" in Haverhill, Mass.

They make low pass electrical filters suitable for Electro-Physiological
experiments.

It would great if they had email, but a fax number will do, but then again I'd
be happy with a phone number too.

I'll even settle for a snail mail address. ;-)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
