How to calculate lipids & protein molecules

Calculations by Paul Brookes are arithmatically correct. Also the comments
regarding surface area of the molecules are appropriate. However in the original
givens (assumptions) the amount of protein was given as that in the entire cell
(given #3). There appears, therefore, to be no way of making the correlation with
respect to how much of that is in the membrane.
Was given #3 misstated? i.e. membrane contains 6e-13 g protein ?
