endothelial cells and sylgard

Hello,

I am currently trying to grow endothelial cells (from bovine aorta) on sylgard
(silicone). I found that fibronectine is a good protein to promote
cellattachment but my results are not consistent. Does anybody have any idea
about how to treat the sylgard before seeding or a protocol for better
adherence of the cells?
