Chol. Esters into LDL

Hi, just a quick question. I was wondering if someone out there had a good
method of getting Cholesterol Esters into LDL, in particular radiolabelled
ones. I have tried a solvent method and a heptane extraction and reincorp.
None are really good. I have heard and tried an enzyme method involving plasma
and lipsomes with some success. Anyone have any ideas or help they can offer?
