two good methods.....guftason et al analytical biochemistry, 165, 294-299,
1987...this uses 'normal' organic extraction and the authors did a good
set of controls using different anticoagulants etc and processed the
samples at different times etc....
secondly lahira et al, Nucl. Acids Res. 19, p5444, 1991..is a very nice
protocol....NO ORGANIC handling which is nice..very quick and you dont need to
pellet your cells before hand....works by sucrose lysis and salting out
