Myxomycetes (Slime Moulds)

This may be off of the newsgroup subject, but I have a question.

I am looking for a protocol for PCR methods on Myxomycetes.  
I will need some DNA extraction techniques and primers that will work 
on the Myxomycetes.  

If you can be of any assistance, please let me know.
