Methyltransferase activity

Dear Netters:

	We have found new proteins in E. coli with unknown functions. One of 
them seem to be a methyltransferase by homology sequence analysis. Then, I 
would like to know if someone in the Net knows a method in vitro to analyse 
this enzymatic activity.
