In this study, we developed a fluorescent immunocytochemical method for
colorimetric determination of cell cycle phase, using monoclonal antibodies
(anti-PCNA and Ki-67). The color pattern of the nucleus produced by
double staining makes feasible differentiation of phases of the cell cycle
at the level of the single cell.
