Dear all, I intend to study the biosynthesis of the lysosomal enzyme b-hexosaminidase by HT-29 M6 colon cancer cells. I would like an antibody against this protein in order to perform immunoprecipitation assays. Does anybody know where would I be able to get it, or even better, does anybody have some?
