I am looking for an inhibitor of the plasma membrane Ca++ ATPase, to be used on isolated rat hepatocytes. I have already tried Lanthanum chloride and Vanadate. The inhibition must be 100% and must be specific to this ATPase, (although it can inhibit the E.R. Ca++ ATPase also - but no other). Can anyone help with this ?
