Genistein
Erbstatin
Tyrphostin series

If you do a literature search on tyrosine kinases and cell signalling you'll
get a wealth of information on these and more, including concentrations to
use and how the activity was evaluated in a variety of cell types. Note
that none of these drugs is very specific and what people usually seem to do
is evaluate teh effect of a variety of them and try to deduce the identity
of the particular target kinase based on differences in sensitivity to the drug.
