 Dear Netters,
 
 I'm searching for a nice, fast (and, if possible, cheap) way to measure
 ceramide production in cells.  I already know of the DAG kinase method,
 but I'm looking for something less troublesome (a kit maybe?, An ELISA, 
 could it be possible???).
 Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance to everyone.
