Human BAC DNA pools - HELP!!!

We are trying to screen a kit produced by Research Genetics Inc, called 
Human Bacterial Artificial Chromosome DNA pools Release II, in order to 
locate BAC clones.  Screening the superpools and plate pools worked like 
a dream, but we are having no success with the Row and Column pools.  Has 
anyone used this kit, and if so did you have any luck.  I would be 
grateful for any advice you could give me.
