Problems to embed in glycolmethacrylate

I culture bone marrow cells in  well plates. After 3 weeks, I have 
osteoblasts. I try to embed the well in glycomethacrylate but it doesn't 
polymerise after 2 weeks at room temperature. How can I do for this ? 
Have somebody a good protocol to embed in glycolmethacrylate.
