How do you permenantly mount slides that have been prepared
for non-radioactive mRNA ISH using an alkaline phosphatase
conjugated antibody and NBT/BCIP as the chromogen. I have
tried brief alcohol dehydrations, air drying and xylene
clearing with a permenant mounting medium. In both cases,
I end up dissolving and precipitating the NBT/BCIP chromogen
into fine crystals.
Thanks
