rat preimplantation embryo culture

Hello fellow researchers: 
I have been trying unsuccesfully to culture rat embryo in their
preimplantation stage for a good while. I have tried: KSOM, CZB, M16
plus insulin and amino acids or without. So far, nothing positive has
come out. If anyone out there knows about this sort of culture, please
