Does anyone know of the existance of an ER membrane bound ADP nucleotide exchange factor either in yeast or in mammals? Also, can anyone comment on the specificity of nucleotide exchange factors for their nucleotide substrates? Thanks in advance, Lee Kempster Imperial College
