Help with culturing avian WBC for karyotyping

Dear all, 

Does anyone of you out there have experience with culturing avian
lymphocytes from blood samples (ducks - anatidae)?
I would be happy to get in touch with anyone who could provide detailed
lab-journals, usable for laborants familiar with mammalian conditions.
