polyA signal

          Hi, there, my netter friends.  I have a question about poly
          A signal.

          Usually most mRNA have AATAAA polyadenalytion signal
          but     some mRNA has a unusual AGTAAA signal. The different
          poly A signal could contribute to the difference in their
          half-life? thanks for any thoughts and suggestions
