Albumen absorption in intestine?

Novice needs data on  absorption of egg white albumen in intestine... is
it broken down to polypeptides, aminos, or is albumen simple enough to be
absorbed  as is?
I guess if I knew the chemical structure of albumen, I could gues at the
anwer.

The reason I need to know is that increases in serum albumen can be
theraputic for aging mitochondria  (which all of you over 30 have).
