mycoplasma detection

Hi Netters,

I am looking for a reliable mycoplasma detection method. I have heard a
lot about DAPI, Hoechst 33258 and an ELISA-Kit by BM. Now I would like to
know which method is the best in detection of mycoplasma (especially in
Myeloma and Hybridoma cultures).
