Electroporation of mammalian cells

Hi all!

I'm searching for methods for electroporation of renal mesangial cells - a
kind of smooth muscle cells.
My aim is to get antibodies into these cells. At the moment I have two
possibilities : cell death or living cells without any antibody inside
:-(  .
So, does anybody know a good protocol. I have an electroporator from
HOEFER and use cuvette electrodes with 2mm spacing.
If anybody knows a better method - I would also be lucky.
