Hello there, I need some advice on affinity purification of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins by protein A-sepharose coupled mAb PY 20 affinity matrix, especially concerning the amount of starting material needed and the elution conditions. References also would be helpful. Thanks in advance Mathias
