Dear usenetters,
I am doing experiments with SR vesicles from the bivalve molluscs
Pecten jacobaeus and I would need to use a blocker for the ryanodine-
sensitive Ca2+ channel. Does anybody know about such a kind of compound?
(there seems to be none). I also have conflicting information about the
effects of ryanodine, is it a blocker at high concentration? How much 
high?
