Proteins for amino acid storage purposes

There are lots of proteins involved in amino acid storage in the
plant kingdom. Take a look at "seed storage proteins" which are
proteins in seeds which store amino acids for the young plant.

I do not know but should not be surprised to learn that spore-forming
microbes also have some mechanism for storing amino acids.
