A postdoctoral position is available immediately for an
independent and energetic molecular cell biologist.
This NIH-finded project is designed to utilize molecular
tools combined with cell biological methods to evaluate
the role of protein ubiquitination on the degradation of
cytosolic aldolase B and mitochondrial subunit 9. The
applicant must hold a recent Ph.D. and be experienced in
mammalian cell culture and molecular biology including
site-directed mutagenesis of cDNA, construction of
expression vectors and transfection of mammalian cells.
This position is funded for two years, and it is
anticipated that the applicant will stay in the laboratory
