Yeast-Two-Hybrid-systems

I want to set up a yeast-two-hybrid-system. as I'm a novice in this 
system and in the work with yeats, I"d like to know if anybody has any 
expirience with some Kits available. I don't know if to use the 
Matchmaker -Kit (Clonetech) or the ZAP Hybrid) by STRATAGENE.

If anyone can tell me some advantages or even disatvanteges it might be 
very helpfull and save time and efford.
