I have purified a high MW (>200 kDa) protein from human plasma. The N-terminus is blocked and I could only get the sequence of a 9 amino-acid peptide that does not align with any of the sequences from the databanks. Does anyone know of a list of plasma proteins classified by MW and pI accessible by WWW? Thank you for your help. -- JJ Feige
