Use of human RIA for insulin on ovine blood plasma

	I wish to analyse ovine plasma samples to determine insulin
concentrations. Has anyone used the ICN ImmuChem double antibody insulin
125 I RIA kit for hormone in human serum or plasma on ovine plasma. If so
how did it go ? Did you compare the result obtained with an ovine 125I
antibody?.
