I having been using neutral red uptake assays for evaluating viable cell numbers. The solution of neutral red in the medium precipitates. I have been incubating the dye solution overnight at 37 degrees. It precipitates even then. Does anybody face a similar problem. If yes, how does one go about it??? Thank you Yours Dr.Rathna Rajan.
