Has anyone had success transfecting human monocytic lines? I'm trying to make stable transfectants of THP-1 and MonoMac 6 lines. Also, I'm interested in using retroviral shuttle vectors in these lines. Thank you in advance. Beverly Barton Schering-Plough Research Institute
