Dear Colleagues: Do you have experience on Dyna beads? I want to use them to isolate organells from protoplasts of plant. My problem now is that I can't get rid of BSA which is required both in incubation and washing steps. If I wash the beads w/ some buffer without BSA, are the organells still kept intact? Thanks a lot for any suggestions. Haiyan
